- Milk- 1/2 cup for oats
- Honey- 4 tbsp/ to taste
- Vanilla Essence- 1/4 tsp (optional)

- Crushed, mixed nuts half small bowl
- Mix Fruits fresh and dry one large bowl
- Dried or fresh Cranberries 20 To 30 gram
- Black resins one tablespoon
- Dried or fresh strawberries, half cup in pieces,
- Two Tablespoon museli,
- 100-gram yoghurt
- In a pan, roast the oats till aromatic in smell, add milk and make it soften,
